Qualifications and required experiences

- Experience in a similar fast-paced retail environment or customer service environment
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous for full-time roles
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Flexibility to work across the week as well as deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers
- Exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate and motivated to achieve the store sales targets
- A true passion for retail and our MUJI brand

Job description

MUJI Galeries are seeking Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our Household team.

Are you looking for a role where you can not only sell innovative products that you love, but are also environmentally friendly? Then look no further, MUJI is the place for you!

As a Sales Assistant in our MUJI Galeries store, you will be responsible for:

- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Upholding visual merchandising standards
- Promoting a safe working environment for your team and customers

Working hours / Holidays

Casual positions are hourly based and have variable hours which can provide greater flexibility. Ideal available days are Monday to Thursday.

Hourly rate determined by the General Retail Industry Award
